As a partner in the Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group, Yong Sup Kim's practice focuses on intellectual property, general civil and criminal litigation.
Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Kim served for 25 years as a judge in numerous courts in the Korean court system, including serving as a Presiding Judge at the Patent Court as well as at the Seoul High Court.
