Sangsik Jeong is a partner at Lee & Ko. Mr. Jeong has extensive experience and knowledge from working as a prosecutor in the Daejeon District and Incheon District Prosecutor's Offices for ten years from 1996 to 2005. During his tenure as prosecutor, he specialized in corruption scandals involving official positions and public offices.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Jeong worked as an in-house counsel for eight years in the corporate restructuring center and management and planning office at the Hanwha Group headquarters. As in-house counsel, he handled various finance, taxation and fair trade cases. In particular, he was a key player in major criminal cases related to the Hanwha Group. In addition to such responsibilities, Mr. Jeong also advised the affiliates of the Hanwha Group on major decisions regarding business activities.

Further to Mr. Jeong's impressive list of cases, he has also represented a diverse array of clients in numerous cases, including major domestic and foreign portal sites in negotiations as well as litigation regarding defamatory postings, breach of personal information cases, litigation involving the public notary system; he has also handled the computer systems development contracts for various Korean airlines thereby also providing advice regarding privacy, etc., he has provided his legal advice with respect to reauthorization procedures for major broadcasting systems, including advice related to running a broadcasting business, and he has provided his guidance to foreign telecommunication providers with regard to potential service within Korea.

Mr. Jeong received his LL.B. from Seoul National University College of Law and he completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea.
