Samsung Kim, partner in the Banking Group, is an expert in the areas of Infrastructure Projects(SOC), Project Finance, Real Estate Development and Construction.
Prior to joining Lee & Ko, he served as a Judge Advocate Officer for the Korean Air Force. He provided sound legal advice to the Ministry of National Defense on complicated and delicate issues about the human rights of soldiers and special forces.
Since joining Lee & Ko in 2013, he has focused his practice in the areas of infrastructure projects (SOC), PPP projects, project finance, and real estate development.
Mr. Kim holds an LL.B. degree from Seoul National University. He is admitted to the Korean Bar.
