• Advised the owner of the hotel located in Yongsan, Seoul with regards to HMA negotiation and financing for hotel development and operation project

• Advised both international and domestic hotel brands such as Shilla Hotel and the owners of hotel, condominium and living-type accommodation facilities on legal issues related to collective buildings and living-type accommodation facilities such as the establishment of unit owners’ association, management regulation, procedural and substantive issues on the general meetings and resolutions of unit owners’ association, appointment and management of facilities manager, compliance with regulatory requirements in the laws governing collective buildings and living-type accommodation facilities, among others

• Represented purchasing real property funds in sales and lease back transactions of multiple retail stores of Lotte Mart and Homeplus

• Assisted Microsoft Korea on the land purchase transaction for the data center in Busan

• Assisted Samsung C&T Corporation on the sale transaction of Gangnam office building in Seoul
