Jung-Ho Ryu is a partner of the tax practice group of Lee & Ko. He is a member of the Korean (Seoul) Bar Association and earned his Taxation LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. He has been actively practising as a tax litigator and adviser. His practice primarily focuses on the areas of finance, M&A, international and corporate tax matters. He also works closely with the firm’s M&A and capital market practice. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, he worked as a portfolio manager in Allianz Global Investors and also passed the US Certified Public Account examination.
