Mr. Suh, a former public prosecutor, is a partner of Lee & Ko's White Collar Crime Practice Group. With his unique professional background and experience, Mr. Suh is capable of identifying core issues and implementing effective defense strategies to secure the most desirable outcome for both individual and business clients facing criminal prosecutions. For being schooled at Harvard Law School and completing a hands-on internship program at the United States Attorney's Office in Boston, Mass., Mr. Suh is well-qualified to represent foreign clients facing criminal allegations in Korea.

Mr. Suh is intimately familiar with the inner-workings of the law enforcement authorities in Korea, and can recognize the best tactical options at each stage of criminal prosecution. While working as a public prosecutor, Mr. Suh was personally involved with a variety of criminal prosecutions against business entities and their officials, encompassing such allegations as bribery, maintaining slush funds, embezzlement, tax evasion, a breach of fiduciary duties and trust, criminal defamation, just to name a few. Particularly, Mr. Suh took a leading role in the prosecution against "S group X-file" in 2005 that drew a nationwide attention.

Mr. Suh is solution-oriented, and satisfying clients' interest is his primary objective. As a defense attorney, Mr. Suh was the primary counsel in many of the high-profile, high-stake criminal matters in Korea that attracted extreme media coverage. Mr. Suh's former clients included high-ranking officials of globally-known businesses, owners of conglomerates, leading politicians, and top entertainers in Korea. For these clients, Mr. Suh has been instrumental in successfully obtaining favorable outcomes in full satisfaction.

Mr. Suh graduated from Seoul National University in 1986, and was schooled at Harvard Law School as a Visiting Scholar in 1995.
