Some of Mr. Choi's recent transactions include leveraged-buyout financing for the acquisition of NEPA Co.,Ltd by MBK Partners, leveraged-buyout financing for the acquisition of COWAY CO.,LTD. by MBK Partners and leveraged-buyout financing for the acquisition of KEUNWHA PHARMACEUTICAL CO.,LTD by Alvogen Asia Pacific Holdings and IMM Investment Corp. consortium. Mr. Choi received his LL.B. from Seoul National University in 2006 and was admitted to the Korean bar in 2009.
