Ms. Park has rich experience in due diligences and M&A transactions in many different type of industries including semiconductor, distribution, logistics, port management, IT, ICT, bio, F&B, cosmetics industry and she also has been involved in M&A transactions of most types of financial institutions including financial holding companies, commercial banks, insurance companies, securities and investment companies, asset management companies, mutual savings banks and lending businesses.

Allison is a member of the Korean Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She completed the courses at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2012. She graduated from the Seoul National University in 2007 (LL.B) and completed the whole course of the master's course in law at the Graduate School of Law of the Seoul National University in 2013. In 2019, she graduated University of Pennsylvania Law School (LL.M) and completed the Wharton Business and Law Certificate (WBLC) course, which is designed exclusively for students enrolled in the Master of Laws degree program. After completing LL.M. in University of Pennsylvania Law School and the WBLC course at the Wharton School , she worked at Mayer Brown LLP as a Foreign Attorney (2019/2020).
