Jungmin Pak is a partner in the Banking & Finance Practice Group at Lee & Ko. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, he worked for the Korean Army as a Judge Advocate Officer for 3 years.
Since starting his practice at Lee & Ko, Mr. Pak has advised on various energy projects, infrastructure projects, real estate development projects and real estate transactions, whether domestic or cross-border, including financing for each of the foregoing. Further, Mr. Pak has represented numerous Korean companies and financial institutions on potential risks associated with economic sanctions programs and export controls enforced by the US, the UN and the EU.
