Since joining Lee & Ko in 2001, Mr. Yang has worked on major infrastructure deals including the Pusan Newport Project, the Yongin Light Rail Transit Project, the Seoul Beltway Project and the Incheon Grand Bridge Project.
Mr. Yang also has an active practice in real estate development. He has advised various financial institutions and construction companies in connection with development of real estate in U.A.E.(Dubai) and C.I.S. countries including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan and other Asian countries. He has advised on government concessions, shareholders agreements, construction contracts, finance documents and general project development.
Mr. Yang is admitted to the Korean and New York State Bars.
