• CJ Group's acquisition of Korea Express, Lotte Group's acquisition of KT Rental, Carlyle's acquisition of ADT CAPS, POSCO's acquisition of Tuwairqi Steel Mills Limited

• Corporate restructuring of Hanwha Corporation, National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and Hilton Korea and the privatization of Woori Finance Group

• Represent multinational clients in various industries providing effective compliance monitoring, corruption prevention and product safety. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Review and revise compliance policies for 3M, Beiersdorf, ADT CAPS and Hanwha Group

• Conduct anti-corruption-related due diligence and draft anti-corruption guidelines for POSCO E&C Co., Ltd., LG International Corp, Korea Gas Corporation
