Hyun Soo Park is a partner in the Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group. His primary practice areas include Corporate, Anti-trust & Competition, Healthcare, Banking, Finance & Securities, and Product Liability & Consumer Claims. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2011, Mr. Park served as a Judge Advocate Officer for the Korean Air Force. In representing the Korean government, he handled many important cases, such as a class action suit relating to noise generated from a military airport. In addition to his experience in administrative & civil cases, he has also significant experience as a Military Prosecutor. In his role as a Legal Officer at the Ministry of National Defense, he had the opportunity to make and change laws and regulations. He provided sound legal advice to the Ministry of National Defense on complicated and delicate issues. Mr. Park holds an LL.B. from Seoul National University College of Law. He completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme.
