Chan Ik Jang is a partner and leader of the Construction Group. Since joining Lee & Ko in 1998 he has consistently represented and advised various Engineering and Construction companies for more than ten years with focus on various issues including, but not limited to, residential environment improvement projects, housing redevelopment projects, housing reconstruction projects, government contracts and project financing.
Mr. Jang was admitted to the Korean Bar in 1994. He received an LL.B. from the College of Law, Korea University in 1989 and LL.M. from Washington University in Saint Louis School of Law in 2002.
He is a member of the Korean and Seoul Bar Associations.
