Hyeon Mi Bae is a partner in the Litigation Group. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2007, she has developed practical experience and expertise in variety of family law cases including division of inheritance property, return of legal reserve of inheritance, recovery of inheritance, contributory portion, property division in divorce, child custody, handover procedure. She provides advice and representation in all disputes related to family law, both domestic and international family law cases.
Ms. Bae received her LL.B. from Korea University College of Law in 2001, and was admitted to Korean Bar in 2004.
