Heung Dae Moon is a partner in the firm's Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group. He has been primarily specializing in litigations involving security regulations, banking, insurances, product liability and corporate governance. He has successfully represented major security corporations, banks and insurance companies in numerous civil cases with significant legal implications.
Mr. Moon holds a B.A. in International Relations and an M.A. in Public Administration from Seoul National University. He earned his LL.M. from George Washington University Law School in 2003.
Mr. Moon is admitted to the Korean and the California State Bar. Since 2008 he serves on the Committee of Legal Ethics Amendment of the Korean Bar. He is also an adjunct professor at Sogang University Law School.
