Jung Hyun Lee is a partner in the Insolvency & Restructuring Group. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2004, he specializes in bankruptcy related matters including bankruptcy litigation, resolution of bankruptcy disputes, and petition in bankruptcy or rehabilitation proceedings.

Mr. Lee holds a B.A. from Seoul National University, College of Business and an LL.M. from the University of Washington Law School. He completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea and is admitted to the Korean Bar.
