Yang Rak Kim is a partner at Lee & Ko. He practices primarily in the area of Real Estate and Construction, specializing in litigation, arbitration and counsel related to urban redevelopment projects, project financing, environmental rights including solar access rights, view rights and public rental housing.

Mr. Kim holds an LL.M. from University of Virginia and a B.A. in Law from Sogang University. He was admitted to the Korean Bar in 2001.
