Won Jee Jang is an attorney in Lee & Ko’s Litigation & Arbitration Practice Group. Before joining Lee & Ko, Ms. Jang served for 17 years as a judge in Korea, most recently as a Presiding Judge at the Daejeon District Court. During her judicial career, Ms. Jang handled a broad range of civil, criminal, and family law matters at major courts, including the Seoul Central District Court, Seoul Southern District Court, Seoul Western District Court, Incheon District Court, and Daejeon District Court. She presided over and adjudicated complex disputes across diverse industries and subject areas, including corporate criminal defense, serious accidents, corporate finance, environmental law, construction and real estate, medical and healthcare, food and public health, media, and family law. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2026, Ms. Jang has drawn on her extensive judicial experience and insight to provide strategic advice in complex disputes and investigations, with a focus on protecting clients’ interests and achieving effective resolutions.
