Jeong Hwa Kim joined the Criminal Defense Group at Lee & Ko in 2026 after completing 10 years of public service, most recently as a prosecutor in charge of labor and serious industrial accident crimes at the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office.
During her tenure as a prosecutor, Ms. Kim handled numerous significant labor cases, including unfair labor practice cases involving listed companies and violations of the Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act by major platforms and school foundations.
