Yong Jin Kim is an attorney in Lee & Ko’s Banking & Finance Practice Group. He advises clients on a broad range of financial regulatory matters, including regulatory supervision, inspections, investigations, enforcement actions, sanctions, and financial dispute resolution. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Kim served for four years at the Financial Supervisory Service, where he gained hands-on experience in regulatory inspections and enforcement matters involving securities companies, asset management companies, private fund managers, and other financial institutions. His experience also includes financial dispute resolution matters involving investment products, banks, and other financial institutions. Drawing on his regulatory experience at the FSS, Mr. Kim provides practical and strategic advice to financial institutions and market participants on regulatory compliance, inspections, sanctions, and dispute-related issues.
