As a member of the Construction and Real Estate Team within Lee & Ko’s Corporate Practice Group, Seungmin Kim represents leading domestic construction companies, real estate developers, and urban redevelopment associations across a wide spectrum of disputes, litigation, and advisory matters. Her expertise spans residential real estate projects—including redevelopment, reconstruction, and urban renewal initiatives—as well as commercial real estate and land development projects governed by the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, the Urban Development Act, and other relevant legislation. Additionally, Ms. Kim advises clients on major infrastructure projects such as roads, subways, and power plants. Her practice also extends to supporting domestic companies in claims related to overseas construction projects and assisting foreign entities entering the Korean market with construction contracts and regulatory compliance issues.
