Renowned for his pivotal tenure as the 1st Vice Minister of MOLIT, Mr. Park has shaped national policies in real estate, construction, industrial complexes, urban planning, transportation infrastructure, and outbound construction investment. His career spans significant international engagements with the OECD and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), alongside his leadership as Chairman of ICAK.
