After serving as a prosecutor for approximately a decade, Joohyun Lee is currently working as a partner at Lee & Ko in the criminal defense area.

Throughout his career as a prosecutor, Mr. Lee served in the Criminal Division II of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, the Public Security Affairs Division of the Ministry of Justice, the Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office, the Jeongeup Branch of the Jeonju District Prosecutors' Office, and the Goyang Branch of the Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office. Drawing upon his extensive expertise developed during these years, he primarily practices in the areas of criminal litigation and consulting, including occupational safety and serious accident cases, corporate finance matters, and investigations into public official misconduct.
