- Advised GNMIH on the acquisition of management control of CQV
- Advised on the merger between Douzone Bizon and Douzone Holdings
- Advised on redeemable convertible preferred share (RCPS) funding for Rebellion, a Korean fabless AI semiconductor start-up
- Advised on the acquisition of IK by Eum PE
- Advised Hanyang Foundation on the sale of shares in Hanyang Securities
- Advised on the merger between KT and KT NEXR
- Provided counsel on various corporate matters, including company establishment, general shareholders’ meeting, board of directors, and corporate dissolution and liquidation
