Kwonkyu Rhee joined Lee & Ko in 2026 after serving for 12 years with the Korean National Police Agency, most recently as Chief of the Criminal Division at a district police station in Seoul. During his police service, he worked in the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency’s Intelligent Crime Investigation Unit (now the Metropolitan Investigation Unit) and at district police stations in Seoul, building extensive experience in investigations and criminal matters. He draws on this experience to advise and represent clients in a wide range of criminal matters and to provide practical and effective legal solutions.
