As co-counsel to the Sellers, Lee & Ko, together with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, provided comprehensive review and advisory services on various potential legal issues pertaining to the share transfer, including drafting and negotiating the share purchase agreement and other ancillary documents. The share purchase agreement was entered into as of February 10, 2021, upon the foundation of Lee & Ko and the co-counsel’s effective counsel.
