Lee & Ko advised Central Motek’s listing on the Korea Exchange which has been marked as the Korea’s last KOSPI listing of the year 2019. Central Motek Co., Ltd (“Central Motek”), a mid-sized automotive component manufacturer, was listed on the Korea Exchange on November 25, 2019, with the assistance of Lee & Ko’s IPO team. Although Central Motek maintains high sales record and advanced technology, issues regarding its transactions with its subsidiaries and affiliates, disposals of its interest had to be resolved.
