Lee & Ko advised LG Chem in its acquisition of DuPont’s soluble OLED business on March 29, 2019. Soluble OLED technology is a new and improved technology with greater utility than the existing white OLED technology. Through this acquisition, LG Chem aims to expand its global market share and extend its technological superiority over the latecomers to the market (including competitors from China).
