Lee & Ko advised 11Street Co., Ltd., on its execution of a stock purchase agreement ("SPA") and share subscription agreement ("SSA") to purchase, for the purpose of entering into a strategic alliance to vitalize its commerce service and global business, newly issued and existing shares in Korea Center Co., Ltd., a company engaged in software and computer program development and e-Commerce business. Despite the complexity of the diverse issues involved in the simultaneous execution of the SPA and the SSA as well as various commercial issues, the transaction was timely closed in an efficient manner due to the effective legal advice provided by Lee & Ko.
