Sales of the shares in Benetton Korea by F&F

Lee & Ko successfully advised F&F Co., Ltd. and Mr. Chang Sue Kim on its sale of 50% shares in Benetton Korea Inc., a limited liability company conducting businesses in the importation and sale of apparel products. Total price of the transaction was KRW 20,200,000,000. The agreement was executed on April 1, 2016, and was to close within one (1) month of the signed date or the date and time the Sellers and the Purchaser agreed upon. The joint venture relationship between BENETTON GROUP and F&F Co., Ltd. in relation to the Benetton Korea has been terminated due to this transaction.
