Lee & Ko advise Ourpalm, a PRC mobile game company, on its acquisition of 19.24% (2nd largest shareholding) in Webzen from NHN Entertainment. The deal was signed in March, 2016 and was successfully closed with effective and timely legal advice from Lee & Ko.
