Lee & Ko successfully consulted and advised Stonebridge-AD PEF on its acquisition of 41.94% shares in Incross Co. Ltd. (“Incross”), a limited liability company conducting businesses on digital and internet based advertisement solutions, digital contents development and publishing. Total price of the transaction was KRW 33,549,232,720, and Lee & Ko advised on all matters related to the establishment of Stonebridge-AD PEF, legal due diligence on Incross, and the drafting and negotiation of the share purchase agreement. The agreement was executed on December 29, 2015, with the deal was successfully closing on February 29, 2016, with effective legal advice from Lee & Ko.
