Emerson Pacific Inc. resolved to issue 5,473,712 shares (33.27% of the total outstanding shares) to Initial Focal Limited, which is a subsidiary of CM International Capital Ltd. by a third-party subscription for KRW 180,614,676,000 on October 29, 2015, and executed the related subscription agreements on November 5, 2015. Through this transaction, Emerson Pacific Inc. successfully obtained foreign investment, which was expected to enhance the financial stability of the company, and facilitate diversification of its domestic and foreign business portfolio as well as development of a strategic partnership with premium investors.
