Acquisition of KT Rental by Hotel Lotte

Lee & Ko represented the Hotel Lotte Co., Ltd. ("Lotte") in its acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of KT Rental Co., Ltd. ("KT Rental") from KT Rental valued at KRW 1,020 billion. Many strategic and financial investors had shown interest in this deal where the target had the largest market share in the Korean car rental market.
