In February 28, 2015, pursuant to the Agriculture Unions Act which regulates the restructuring of organization of National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, Nonghyup Agribusiness Group Inc. acquired part of the agriculture and livestock business of National Agricultural Cooperative Federation according to an Investment in-kind Contract, with the total deal valued at KRW 575,084,693,954. The consideration for such acquisition was 101,140,466 of newly issued shares of Nonghyup Agribusiness Group Inc. and Lee & Ko provided comprehensive review of the potential legal issues including proposing the most effective transactional process for the deal.
