In July 1, 2015, Simmtech Co., Ltd. executed an equity spin-off for reorganization of structure with total value at KRW 527,486,562,594. Simmtech Co., Ltd. was spun off into separate entities, respectively named “Simmtech Holdings Co., Ltd” as a holding company and “Simmtech Co., Ltd.” as an operating corporation.
