Lee & Ko, on behalf of a Korean ethanolamine manufacturer which was injured by dumping imports from U.S., Malaysia, Thailand, and Japan, filed a petition for anti-dumping investigation of ethanolamine to Korea Trade Commission (KTC) in Ministry of Trade, industry & Energy (MOTIE) and successfully obtained final determination for anti-dumping duty of 4.36% ~ 21.79% on the subject merchandise.
This anti-dumping duty order is expected to enhance competitive advantage and productivity of Korean ethanolamine industry, which faced threats of low-priced imported ethanolamine.
