The rebate joint investigation unit of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office investigated Company D, the largest domestic pharmaceutical company, and another major domestic pharmaceutical company for providing rebates. Lee & Ko represented and argued on behalf of the above pharmaceutical companies.
