Lee & Ko acted as an advisor to SK Planet Co., Ltd. (“SK Planet”) in a transaction where SK Planet sold 52.56% of the shares of Loen Entertainment, one of the largest music distributors in Korea, to Star Invest Holdings Limited, an entity owned by Affinity Equity Fund for approximately KRW 265 billion. The transaction was successfully completed on October, 2013.
