On December 17, 2012, LG Household & Health Care Ltd. (“LG H&H”) executed an agreement to acquire a 100% interest of Everlife Co., Ltd. (“Everlife”), a Japanese manufacturer of health and beauty supplements, at JPY 25.8 billion (approx. KRW 330 billion). Lee & Ko, as the main counsel, effectively provided legal advice on most of the issues that arose in the process of the transaction.
