Lee & Ko successfully obtained a complete exemption in fines for one of the largest instant noodle manufacturers in Korea, after the KFTC found information exchange that amounted to collusion among 4 companies that possessed virtually 100% of the entire market share in Korea. The KFTC had imposed administrative surcharges in the amount of USD$135.4 million.
