Lee & Ko Appointed as Legal Counsel for Korea Exchange (KRX) Listing of LG Powercom Co., Ltd.

Lee & Ko has been acting as legal counsel for LG Powercom Co., Ltd. in connection with the telecommunications company’s soon-to-be-completed listing/IPO on the KRX.  LG Powercom is one of the largest internet service providers and telephone companies in Korea.
