After four years of litigation, Lee & Ko successfully completed its defense of Phicom, a Korean manufacturer of semiconductor testing equipment, in four separate patent infringement lawsuits initiated by FormFactor, Inc., a U.S. corporation that has a large market share in the worldwide market for probe cards.
