[Legal Newspaper] Lee & Ko Holds Joint Seminar with IHCF's Finance Division on Foreign Exchange Transaction Laws and Regulations

November 30, 2023.  The Legal Newspaper reported on a seminar held by Lee & Ko.  On November 28, Lee & Ko and the Finance Division of the In-House Counsel Forum (IHCF) held a seminar on 'Major Issues and Revision Direction of Foreign Exchange Transaction Laws and Regulations'.  At the seminar, Park Ji Hye, head of the FX Team in Lee & Ko 's Corporate Group, gave a presentation on 'Major Issues and Revision Direction of Foreign Exchange Transactions in the Corporate and M&A Sectors'.  Additionally, Hwang Byung Tak, an attorney specializing in finance at Lee & Ko, gave a presentation on 'Major Issues Related to Foreign Exchange Transactions in the Finance Sector'.
