On September 1, 2023, Legal Times published news about the ‘2023 Customs, Trade, and Foreign Exchange Law Amendments’ seminar held on August 18th by Lee & Ko. At this seminar, Jaewung Cho, Vin Ma, and Seunghak Shin presented the topic of ‘Amendment of Customs and Foreign Trade Laws’, ‘Amendment of Foreign Exchange Transactions Laws and Regulations’, and ‘Trend and Implications of Customs, Trade, and Foreign Exchange of Korea Customs Sevice’. Youngki Park who leades the Lee & Ko Customs Team, then headed the discussion session to answer and discuss questions about customs, trade, and foreign exchange issues that may arise to foreign countries and import/export companies.
