LEE & KO held a seminar on data protection hosted by its Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice Group on May 30, 2012 at the auditorium of Hanjin Main Building. Mr. Kwang Bae Park of LEE & KO and Mr. Soongi Han of the Ministry of Administration and Security made a presentation on the topic of personal information protection. The seminar was well attended by personnel from foreign companies in Korea who actively participated in the Q&A period. The favorable response and number of attendees at the seminar underscored the high level of interest among businesses and the general public with regard to personal information protection issues.
