Eunjai Lee, a lawyer in Lee & Ko’s Corporate Group, was featured as a speaker at the East Asia Bankruptcy Reform Association’s 3rd Symposium, held in Tokyo on October 29, 2011. Mr. Lee’s presentation was titled “Position of Holders of Transfer Security Rights with Regard to Future Receivables under Korean Rehabilitation Procedures.”
