Lee & Ko Holds Antitrust & Competition Seminar

On October 25th and 27th, Lee & Ko held its semi-annual Antitrust & Competition seminar in the firm’s “Academia” conference room. This installment of the seminar series was mainly focused on anti-trust and fair-trade cases of the first half of 2016.

Suruyn Kim and Min-Ho Lee, two of Lee & Ko’s leading anti-trust and fair-trade/competition law practitioners, delivered presentations titled, respectively, “Leading Cases Involving Issues of Wrongfully Acting in Concert” and “Leading Cases Involving Unfair Transactions and Other Related Issues.” Lee & Ko hosts these seminars on a regular basis to provide opportunities for clients to become more familiar with legal developments of practical relevance to their business activities and business planning.
