[Law Times] A Younger International Arbitration Field..."Second-Generation Era" Kicks Off

On 20 January 2022, the Law Times introduced Lee & Ko attorneys Sanghoon Han as second-generation young leaders leading the international arbitration field.

The Law Times noted that “Sanghoon Han (43, Judicial Research & Training Institute Class of 2009) and have been actively serving as the joint heads of the international construction arbitration team in Lee & Ko since 2020”.  They also reported that “Mr. Han is in charge of investor-state dispute cases that hedge funds Elliott and Mason filed against the Korean government in 2018 concerning the merger of Samsung C&T and Cheil Industries”.
