During the G-Privacy 2021 Conference which took place on May 2, 2021, attorney Tae Joo Kim, a partner in Lee & Ko’s TMT/DPP Practice Group, conducted a presentation covering topics related to data protection and cybersecurity.  The presentation also provided an overview of the main data protection issues affecting the new mobility environment and related compliance concerns that companies operating in this space should be mindful of.  Notably, Mr. Kim emphasized the importance of achieving balance between the protection of personal information and its utilization.
